The apartment is a key public supporting project in the science city invested and built by the governments of Guangzhou Development Zone and Luogang district. It is managed and operated by Guangzhou Keyu Investment Management Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Development Zone Talent Working Group Co., Ltd.
